When creating our opening sequence, we researched what would appeal to different audiences. We wanted to create a suitable opening sequence for young teenagers. We agreed to certify our opening sequence to a 15+ age group as certain features included in our opening sequence isn’t appropriate for a younger age group, for example in our opening sequence there is strong violence, frequent strong language, violence and discriminatory language or behaviour.  When we did our audience feedback we made sure we targeted it towards the same audience we want our opening sequence to be aimed towards. From our audience feedback we get the impression that our targeted audience was successful as over-all the people we interviewed said they enjoyed the opening sequence as they found it very engaging and would recommend the film to there friends.  Our secondary audience would be young adults as there slightly around the same age group as our targeted audience, therefore they may also be attracted to our opening sequence. Also the characters used in our opening sequence consist of young adults and young teenagers which will attract to our target audience as they can relate to the scenes.
